bad service

i have insurance for more than 5 years with liberty life the day i had to claim they told be other benefit on the policy where discontinued and this was never communicated with the I'm very disappointed with the company cause when i took the funeral cover for my mom i expected them to be there in time of sorrow however they made the experience to be unbearable till date I'm waiting for the manger to come to me with the feedback
