Bad service

On the 18th October I sent the broker for Liberty, whom I took the policy from in 2000, to give me an update on the investment values (Lifestyle Investment). He said he'll forward the message to Liberty Life. Today, 24th October there's still no response. In 2000 until 2018, investment values were reflected on my policy annually. From 2020, the investment ceased to be reflected. I want two things. A document from government that said values should be removed from policy update documents as alleged by Liberty life, secondly, I want a document that was sent to clients to notify them of these stupid changes. Marieta Van der linde and Bushy Sibanyoni should respond to this matter. Maybe Liberty Life wishes that I could die before they can pay out on my retirement.
