Bad service

November I requested for my inheritance to be paid out since I was told that I would get it when I'm 18years of age. The company is working with Capital alliance, I submitted all the necessary documents they had asked me to submit, but till today it hasn't paid out, I asked the lady who is handling this matter and her response on the cause of the delay was that them as a Company they don't have any kind of communication with Capital alliance besides communicating via Emails. They seem very unbothered to proceed with the payment and I have a lot of things to do and now everything is on standby because of them
