Bad service

On the 28 July 2022, I was involved in car accident. I reported the accident with Liberty short-term insurance immediately for them to authorise the Towing truck. I realised the following day I did not receive an reference number for my claim. I called them the following day and the asked me questions relating to the incident even the case number. And they appointed aa Assessor to deal with my claim. Today is the 10th August 2022 and still donot have feed back about my car. Every time I call their offices they tell me they are waiting for assissor. I have contacted the Assissor directly but I do not receive any feedback.
