Bad service😡😡

I will never in my life deal with Liberty life again. I submitted a funeral claim and they said the payout will take 24 to 48hrs its been 72hrs now still no payout. They didnt had any problem with my monthly premiums but now when i need to bury my cousin they play cat and dogs not even reply if i send emails. Bad very bad service
