Bad service by Liberty Life

I have a provident fund due for settlement and Liberty service has been horrible. You cant get hold of them and they dont also respond to mails. It's over a month now and they dont even bother to contact you and explain what's holding your payment. I tried to log a complaint on their website and you cannot even get a complaint reference number. That alone is lack of seriousness on such a big firm entrusted with pple funds.
