Bad Service at its Best
I have been trying, the whole day to get hold of Liberty, no answer, and when i opt for them to call me back they dont. They are increasing my premium without notification, they have wrong details on my policy documents, i need to fix all other details which they captured incorrectly but yes, holding on more than an hour and still cannot get through

26 Oct 2024, 22:37In addition, today, the 26th of October, my geyser busted, i called for assistance, they could not help me because they have wrong adress on my policy, nobody could assist because the relevant department that can confirm my correct address is closed, until monday.
