BAD SERVICE

My husband passed on the 12th September and i have completed the forms they have send to me till today im still waiting. Just this morning they want my husband Tax number and its on the forms i have completed and they want my mother in law and sister to sign documents for what i do not understand. I feel like im being treated unfairly .We have bills that im still liable to pay and school fees and i have explained that i was retrenched. But still they want me to worry about signature from my mother in law.Ive been with my husband for 14 years Letter of executorship has been attached .When its time to pay there's always unnecessary delays. Im a widow its not fair for me and my children
