Bad service

The customer service I have been getting with Liberty is so disappointing. I am trying to withdraw my provident fund since Nov and everything I call them back to do a follow-up they tell me about a 48hr turnaround time which they never meet. I have to call in before everything ,they never get back to me as they promise they would. The first time they told me all was in order and I should expect my payout by today, when I called in today to do a follow up they tell me nothing was processed. They are so disregarding to the customer. They do not treat their customers fairly at all. I never expected such bad service from such a big company I hold in such high regard. This is disappointing to say the least.
