Bad service

I lodged a claim at liberty on Thirsday 25May for a funeral policy, nothing has been paid out, and clearly told them that the funeral is on the 3rd of June. They keep putting me through different departments, and they don't call back when the line is cut off, this is unacceptable at a time like this.
