Bad service

I have app**** for my RA in the beginning of the month,only to get an email on the 17th that my documents are short,I resend the forms again still no response so I must wait 3 more weeks to get a response that documents are received and when will be the payout?December?the landlines are useless no one answers them the email is even worse 😢 where do we get help as your clients? The excuses about the pot system I am not going to take it,you knew about it a while ago you should have planned ahead and got strategies in place to deal with your clients,your competitors have made payouts to people already what exactly is stopping you?

I need this money I app**** for it for a reason.
