Bad service

If I could give them zero star I would, we have been trying to claim since April 2023, even now the money is not paid, when you call they will say everything is fine, after some time they will say there are missing documents. Their service is very bad, worse Giyani branch they don't even answer their phones or even communicate on the progress.
