bad service

Good day

I have been following up with my dad case since last year April with Liberty. My dad anyway passed away 6 years ago. They are taking their time to respond and their truestees are not trustworty beacause they are not responding to my email. i went there today 05 march 2020 the person who is supposed to be helping me is not taking my calls, her Name is Lindiwe Mthethwa. Their customer services email address which is *** is bouncing back all the time. i don't know where to go since they have all the information about my dad or should i go to newspapers/speakout in order for me to get my money? really demand answers!!!! khanyiswa.n******* ***
