Bad service

I have been trying to get hold of a department that dealt with the migration of FNB Funeral plan policies to Liberty. My grandmother had a policy with FNB that was transferred to Liberty, and now I need to claim, and there is no help from Liberty, whilst the policy now belongs to somebody else
