Bad service.

I have a few policies with Liberty life but i am thinking of cancel it. Last week my niece past away. I have two policies mind you. I put my claim in. And phone to find out of they received the claim forms. But for them to see the claim i must wait 24 hours. Really now? Well the 24 hours is over, my niece is buried and i still didnt hear from them. I am so ****ed and disapointed. So Liberty life bad service. And i dont think we will have a future relationship.
