Bad service

I woke up this morning and called Liberty. To my surprise no number is working and instead there is a business WhatsApp number which is also no helpful. I want to confirm if both my policies are up to-date and change my debit order date and banking details. There is no longer a call center at Liberty 😭🤦🏿♀️🙆🏿♀️😢😢😢💔💔💔
