Bad service

I've been assisted at Liberty from a consultant named Thamsanqa Ngubane. Really really unprofessional and unpleasant person to deal with.I have been sending Mr Ngubane emails about my money that needs to be paid out but to no avail. Also he gives me false hope about the dates that the money would pay out and now he doesn't respond to emails. I have a 10 month old baby that actually needs this money asap but do you think Liberty employees care? This has to be the worst company to deal with.
