Bad service

<p>I thought by taking out a Retirement Annuity policy with Liberty Life will be a good idea but all i have got from Liberty from the 23/08/2016 when i requested for the policy to be cancelled is more and more bad service. The contact centre's and customer complaints departments including financial advisors cannot provide me with basic information i require. The financial advisors that attempted to assist by the name of Warren and Grant (Liberty Umhlanga offices) just simply dont answer their phones any longer. Oh Liberty wo do i turn to because all i want is my R25623-48 which you incorrectly transferred from my Investment account over to my RA. Once this is settled i no longer need to deal with you.</p>
