Bad service
<p>I opened a liberty funeral plan and the consultant who helped me didnt write my kids on the policy.now my child has passed on but they refused to assist me though i gave them the proof that indeed she was my daughter</p>

Liberty called and promised to investigate my matter,its been three moths now and nothing happened.this shows how much they dont value their clients and dont take them serious as well
