Bad experience with Liberty Life

I have taken out disability cover to protect myself if something happened to me and I can not work no more. When the day came that I needed the policy ,Liberty made sure they found a excuse not to pay me. I can prove that their sales person **** to them and I ask Liberty to do a polygraph test on me and the sales agent , and to get a copy of the telephone calls between me and the agent . They reply to me that they will decide if a polygraph test is done and so far there is no assistance from Liberty. I have now taken it on myself to pay for the polygraph tests on me and the Liberty agent and have asked Liberty more than once to give me a date that they, and the agent will be available , and no reply. I have told them that they can bring their legal team along to make sure all is done in the right way . I would like to know if there is anybody out there that had the same experience ?

Reply from Liberty; :"Good Morning In our response to you dated 10 October 2017 we stated that our financial adviser confirmed that you mentioned you lung problem after the policy was issued. When your claim was rejected, you requested to be provided with the report from Dr Bahadur as you did not agree that you were diagnosed with any disease. Our claims department requested that you provide them with evidence that the diagnosis that was done in 2007 was incorrect. The financial adviser informed us that he is not willing to go for the polygraph test. My Reply; Good day The story that your agent is telling you is not the true story. I did inform your agent about my lungs . He you agent then asked me if I stopped smoking because my lungs ,because then I will pay less as a non smoker ? I then had to do blood test to show if I am still smoking or not ,check your records. I then asked your agent to clear this lung issue with Liberty before we carry on with the policy. I have a witness to that and the polygraph test will confirm this . Telephone records of our conversations after your agents appointment with me will also confirm this . Clearly your agent is afraid of the truth that is why he will not take the test . If I have to go to the expence of summonsing Liberty and your agent to court in order to get your agent to do the test ,then that will be the way I go . I suggest that you do intern investigation and polygraph test and get to the truth and we can settle the matter . If I have to go the legal way ,that will be the next step ,because I know the truth always rise to the top . That however will be for my account for now ,but I will get to the truth . It is now 30 /10/2019 and there is no reply from the forensic team at Liberty. This company does not care about YOU the customer.

I AM STILL PREPARED TO PAY FOR ANY POLYGRAPH TEST BUT THIS COMPANY IS NOT INTERESTED , THEY ROTHER COVER UP THE ***** BY THEIR AGENT.

It is now end October 2020 and Liberty still treat me like the crimenal . But yet no polygraph test done .

LIBERTY IS TAKING YOUR MONEY BUT DOENT PAY WHEN IT COMES TO THE CLAIM !!!!!

BECAUSE THEY ARE BIG AND CAN PLAY FOR TIME AND WAIST YOUR MONEY , THRT ARE HAPPY NOT TO PAY YOUR CLAIM !!!!!
