BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I was at Liberty this morning to submit a funeral claim for my mother and I must say I was disgusted with your service! I was assisted by a very insensitive lady by the name of Anele. Her customer service was very poor, she was dismissive and rude. I urge you guys to treat your clients / customers with respect because we are paying for your services.
