Bad customer service

I have been with liberty for more than 20 years paying for retirement annuity & life cover then they just drop me 3 months after i lost my job due to covid now they dont act like i never existed snd all the money i have paid all these years,worst service ever and woyld never recommend this insurance company to anyone
