Bad customer service

I joined Liberty stash investment option and I have been struggling with the app for sometime. I kept sending them emails requesting for a call back they'll only respond via email (***) and not say anything about calling. The responses aren't helping at all. I like stash idea but they are not helpful to me. I might end up closing the account because it is useless to me at the moment.
