Bad Communication, *********** handling of accounts

In April, I called you guys after my email went un to request that you stop debiting my account as I am without an income currently. I was told that for the month of April it was too late to stop the debit but it will be activated in May. So I guess my last debit would have been in April - fine. Come the month of May, I am debited. I called again to find out why this was not effected and why the debit went off even after receiving an email confirming that my account is in a "paid up" state - still i was promised a call back to explain why the debit still went off when it should not have. its a week or 2 weeks later and still no update on anything. I would like to now withdraw all the funds from all accounts and move my RA to another service provider because you guys are not interested clearly.
