Bad client service and ********* financial advisers

Personally, I will never ever recommend liberty life products and services to anyone. In 2013 my father through the advise of Emma Noncawe Phakathi, one of liberty life's financial advisors took up a product called the "investment plan" along with a funeral and disability plan as well as an educational plan for my younger brother. They were deducting around R350 a week back then (2013) for all the above mentioned products, which now in 2018 they take around R600 for the same products. He took up the policy on a 5 year term which was supposed to come to an end in June 2018, but it still is continuing to deduct. When we approached liberty life for an explanation, non of their advisors in their Boksburg branch could assist, either with issuing an update on the account or anything as a metter of fact. We proceeded by visiting their offices in Braamfontein, where we still got no assistance. To date a lot of money has been paid to them, yet as a client I don't even have a luxury of requesting an update on the policy and get a response. If we don't get a response regarding the metters from a well informed member of liberty life, we shall proceed with legal actions to retrieve all monies paid to this institution.
