Bad Claims Service - Windscreen Claim !!!!!!!!

Well it’s been 2 full business days and short of an email received shortly on the day of writing to Hello Peter confirming my complaint has been redirected to the relevant manager to investigate I have not heard a phone call from Liberty Short claims department manager or the claims handler . It’s a small claim Windscreen I am in the insurance industry by profession claims specifically and never in the 10 years have I experienced such on a mere windscreen claim I guess I should take a hint right , clearly my business is not valued here . Thank you Liberty Short..... !!!!!!!!!
