Bad Claims Service - Windscreen Claim !!!!!!!!

I currently hold a Policy with Liberty Short-Term/ Standbank and I lodge a simple windscreen 3 more than 3 weeks ago short of an email confirming my claim is approved within 3 days of registering , I have not had so much as a phone call advising me when ,how where my windscreen is going to get fixed I have been following up with the consultant apparently handling my claim Tshepiso Tibane needless to say am still waiting for someone to let me know what is happening with a small claim like a windscreen. Am greatly disappointed with my claims experience at Liberty Short-Term/ Standbank and will definitely look to take my business elsewhere, where customer service and feedback is at the core of their service as clearly this is not the case with this insurer . It is pathetic that some of the Top Insurer Companies in SA settle this type of claim within a day and Liberty Short-Term/ Standbank takes more than 3 weeks to merely authorise or even communicate to the customer the next steps after approving the claim. Definitely not staying with them am horrified to think what will happen (touchwood) should i have a more serious claim........!!!!!!!!! No Referrals from me to Liberty Short-Term/ Standbank......... deeply disappointed
