Bad claims service

Very bad service, unable, first of all, i have requested claim form over a month ago, after numerous email, no feedback. Phoned call center and they provided the incorrect email address. After a struggle i obtained the correct email address. I have submitted the claim, no body is getting back to me. I need urgent feedback. What a frustration to work this this people.
