Bad claim service

Lengthy claim cycle. Poor communication and feedback process during the claim. The company never gave solid feedback to the claim application, after it was logged for over 4 months. When you follow up on it, there is no feedback whatsoever.

It is the first time I put in a claim and have been paying for all the past years. Customer loyalty means nothing to this company.
