Bad, bad service

Don't ever believe that if you dial 0 8 6 4 5 6 7 8 9 that you will get any response from Liberty life. I think they must have one or two call centre Consultants in the whole of South Africa because their service is the worst. I have been trying to contact them for two fairly minor issues but I don't know how long my patience can last. 0 for service at Liberty.
