bad bad sad bad service from liberty life...

i am so disgusted with liberty life. i put in my claim on the 9th of Feb 2021. till today no claim has been paid out as if they as *****. when ever i phone they have stories. so whole 10 months noting was done about my claim now they say i must wait 1 more month... i am disgusted and disappointed in them. they don't even reply to emails. today i phoned them they said they will check on a mail i have sent on the 9th of dec. its 4 days later so which means they ignore our mails. this is the baddest company ever now they gona have bonuses and parties with our policies money.
