bad after sale service

Minus one . The after sale service is the worst service. I opened a policy and it wasn't activated last year, i had to cancel it and open another one this year which was supposed to commence in May but they started to deduct in April, i logged a complaint on the same they deducted the the funds as i get paid on the 25the, they paid in me on the 05 of May. I was short paid with R288.80 on that payment , i have been querying about it no response on when it will be refunded on my account. Same thing happened when i got paid on the 24 of this month, my money is at central support something and someone has released the funds.

I have been getting calls from liberty and have been promised a refund but none can tell me when, they cant even tell my rep Gloria when i get the refund. She has been helpful but its not enough as i haven't received my money. Liberty is a ****
