Awful service

I have e-mailing Liberty Life for the past week now. My Broker told me to email them requesting a copy of my policy for my Attorney. I even filled out a submission on their website. All I get is an automated response telling me that my query will be handled within 24 - 48 hours. Yeah right. What slack, pathetic service. I can't wait to be rid of them
