Aweful service!!

My experience with liberty has been nothing short of a nightmare. I took out the funeral policy in 2013, with myself insured as the policy holder and a few of my family members. In 2022 I put a claim for my father and the claim payout was late, it was an embarrassment as I was unable to contribute at my father's funeral. I went to the branch to lodge a complaint, unsatisfied with the service.

I recently found out that I am no longer insured under the policy. How? Why? I don't know. I was only told that the matter is being investigated. Ten years of incompetence and disrespect.
