AVOID LIBERTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>I had a provident fund with Liberty for several years not to mention my entire personal portfolio with them. Upon resigning the provident fund was paid out but they DID NOT submit the IRP5 form for SARS. I have contacted Genevieve Feldman numerous times and she has not even acknowledged my emails nor did any of the endless calls to call centre agents see my query through. Now I have to pay SARS a large sum because of a company who doesnt take care of their clients. This is pathetic of you Liberty and I will be taking my business elsewhere. To anyone thinking of taking a Liberty policy STAY AWAY they are more trouble than help. </p>
