Be very careful to contract with Liberty Life for Life Policies. Once you have a claim for payment due to loss of life which in itself is such a difficult time, they will give you plenty reasons not to pay, ie you have missed a payment, which is incorrect. Next reason not all forms were submitted which was also incorrect. Forms etc were submitted 4 times and yet yesterday again not everything has been submitted. Once again submitted yesterday. Please think twice rather revert to a Life Insurance Company that is committed. Absolutely shocking service from Liberty. With the life policies of my late and dearest husband to Sanlam was paid out within 24 hours, rather consider a company like Sanlam who is committed and dedicated to their clients
