Arrogance and tardiness of Liberty Life is astounding. No wonder their recent results were so bad.

<p>I've had a policy with Liberty Life for about 15 years now. They sent me a "please check your details" sheet and I notice that I've never heard of the broker on the sheet. I email them backing asking for the broker appointment letter and how much commission has been paid to the broker. All I get back from Liberty is:</p> <p>"I have removed the broker from your policy and the policy is now under Liberty client direct code".</p> <p>Undeterred I write a much stronger email back, insisting I want a copy of the broker appointment letter and commission paid, threatening a complaint to the Ombud if I don't get it. I add that this could indicate ***** at Liberty. Their response:</p> <p>"We could not find the broker note appointing the previous broker on record and there was no an individual broker change done." !!!!!!!</p> <p>How is that for concern?? </p> <p>I'm going to launch a complaint to the OMBUD, but suggest Liberty policy holders also check their policies for similar occurence.</p> <p>My advice: AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH LIBERTY LIFE</p>
