Are there actual humans working at Liberty? Empathy Level 0!!!
After almost 2 and a half years I am STILL trying to complete a claim after my deceased partners passing.
The amount of emails I have sent, the amount of documents I have supp**** etc etc etc.
No phone calls - just automated responses and computer generated emails!!!
Do you actually have humans working for you?
I mean the latest email just states - Forensics - what does this mean? Like do you need the autopsy?
Just like all insurance companies you have no respect for the grief and pain we go through every time you ask us for additional information - information I have supp**** at nosium!!!

06 May 2024, 13:42Since logging this complaint - I have now been involved in an e-mail thread of 12 e mails.
This is a back-and-forth - with no real answers.
I have completed the forms sent to me - and I have been trying to get hold of Bongani Mabena who has been working with the case - but only received one response to say he was off sick and would get back to me - this was on the 30th of April at 9:25 am.
I sent a follow-up mail on the 3rd of May - no response and another one this morning - again silence.
I will forward you the whole thread for your perusal.
