Today I came across an email. Showing that I have a new policy which is a funeral plan, yet haven't signed anything with regard to that policy, liberty allows *****... All information supp**** on that policy are false, when I call them to cancel that policy they say they cannot do it over the phone for security purposes. yet when that policy was opened there was no security measures.i just Want to cancel everything with them and join another mutual.
