Appauling service. I AM DISGUSTED!

If I had an opportunity to rate them half a star I would. I have since made a provident fund withdrawal claim since October 2024 and no one has taken upon themselves to attend to my claim. I have made contact with them at least 10 times now via phone call and each time "it will be ascelated" I am not sure if it is becuse they see a black person's name and think that it is not as important. Oh and today I requested to speak to a manager and none was available however I was promised a call back which I doubt would happen. I belive it is not customer service representatives thay are at fault but the management. I am livid as I write thus because I do not understand why a big company such as Liberty would keep my money(a very small amount of money) compared to what they make a dayas though I am applying for a loan but it is my hard earned money, I worked for that money and I want my money!.
