Appalling Service from Liberty Group SA

I made a claim on investment policy with Livery Life on the 11th of December 2023 and submitted all the required documents and forms which they had sent me. Liberty Life then sent an email on the 12th December 2023 stating that they received my claim and it would take 3-5 working days to process my money. It is now the 28th of December 2023, and this time frame has now lapsed, and I still have not received my money, or any communication from Libety Group SA. Instead, they are now choosing to ignore all my emails where I query about the delay. This service is pathetic and truly disgusting. It actually amounts to abuse, because how can you refuse to account for My investment?
