16 May 2023, 08:49a full week on and after multiple follow ups with Liberty and Ayanda Kubeka only to be told this morning that ayanda no longer works in claims..... Ummmm ok so who do i talk now Liberty, this is gross neglect of treating customers fairly.

26 May 2023, 07:38Liberty, this is now week 3 with no feedback yet again.
Its has come to light that this claim has not been processed since November last year, only to be told that liberty hasnt even called the ex spouse for the outstanding documents, his details were provided to liberty 3 months back and nothing done?

08 Jun 2023, 09:57a full month since my original complaint placed on hello peter and Liberty is still dancing in rain like they just dont care, my wife passed away in October 2022, our other life insurance through Sanlam paid out in January this year exactly the same policy and terms and conditions as yours however your service levels is far off point here liberty, 2 life policies one through Sanlam sorted in 3 months, Liberty we are sitting at 8 months and you still dont have this mess sorted out?
