APPALLING SERVICE AT LIBERTY LIFE

I have a funeral policy with liberty, the person I insured passed on the 9th of September 2021, yes they did pay. My problem is getting a refund since I'm still paying for a deceased person's premium up to today. I contacted liberty insurance on the 5th of January 2022, and I was to fill in the refund, of which I did and emailed them to liberty, up to now there is no hope of getting my refund and also adjusting my premiums, I have done everything to bring this matter to their attention but I got not out of this. They don't respond in a manner which shows that they understand their job. Of late they don't respond to my emails. Even phoning I don't get somebody who why I haven't received my refund and also why my premiums are not adjusted accordingly. I'm so disappointed at this insurance, I'm writing to hellopeter to warn about how unprofessional liberty life insurance is, how they treat their customers. I've used a lot of airtime, just to request to do the right thing...
