Appalling Service
The service is appalling and they don't provide feedback when promised. Its been 5 month and they still have not finalized my claim. They reason we joined Liberty is because they were the biggest insurance company. I have been with them for 10 years and now that I need assistance they prolong everything. Every 10 days they request new documents and advise that they need 10 to 15 days to review. This has been going on for 5 months now. I am horrified at their service.

I am really disappointed as yet again I am experiencing the same issue. This issue took a month to be resolved after the complaint. I have now requested a review and received the same service.
