Appalling service

Firstly, during Covid I froze my RA which they allowed and now I've asked them to continue it and they telling me I have to pay 6 months premium upfront. They have the slowest turnaround time and just extremely unhelpful. For a client who has been with them for since 2014 with zero issues. Their service is appalling
