Appalling Customer Care

Extremely frustrated and annoyed with Liberty's customer service. Their staff are condescending with absolutely no regard for their customer. Upon calling to resolve an administration issue for at least the third time. I was met by an arrogant customer service consultant by the name of " Prince Vilakazi" who became arrogant and dropped the call without resolving the issue. It is quite unsettling to have policies with this company as one does not know how they will be treated in their time of need.
