Appaling service from liberty short term car insurance

For a company as high profile as Liberty I would like to say that the service that I am receiving is appalling to say the least , I have to constantly chase after your consultants to do the basic things that any basic service provider can do on one call , however you promise to call to no avail . I chose this insurance to be associated with a brand like Liberty however non of your values that you state you do not live up to ,as part of your promise of transparency , the only thing that is transparent is your lack of after sales service to cater to your clients , hopefully I will get assistance that I deserve which in this case is callback that I was promised by your consultants as i just want to cancel my insurance .
