Anybody out there???

My husband had a heart attack in Feb 2021 - all relevant documentation was submitted as proof - but absolutely NO response from anybody re. his claim on a very old Medical Lifestyle Policy- only a letter stating that there will be an increase on his monthly premium. The docs were submitted by TWO different brokers … but still NO response whatsoever.
