Alleging they cant find policy in spite of proof
My parents took out life insurance in the 90s and have diligently paid the premiums monthly ly for approximately 30 years. It is still deducted montly from there bank account. I am checking with full power of attorney on the policy as my dad is now in his 80s. Liberty has been sending me apologies that they are unable to find this policy in spite of providing them with all dad’s details and proof of monthly payment. This is por beyond comprehension
