All about the money, not the customer

Liberty are really all about the money. I canceled my policy with them and they debited me anyway. Why can't such a large organization get a process like cancelation right? Why do they debit me even after I have followed their processes? I'll tell you why...it's not about the customer, it's about how much they can make from the customer. I would never recommend Liberty, it's flaws are large and glaring
